This is a new section for community members to
share their personal Amiga experience and history. We will
feature 2 submissions per issue in the order they are received
and will not skip anyone. We will soon supply a form for you
to submit this information but for now, please e-mail your

- Two A1200's - one in an Eyetech tower (68030 25MHz
OS3.9) another in an original case (68030 40MHz OS3.5)
- How do you use Amigas in your everyday life:
- at home. email, internet, dabbling with Debian Linux
(Potato), Amiga C (also dabbling) - essentially I use it
(when I get time - I have two young children !) to remind me
how computing used to - and should - be (I have to survive
on NT4.0 as my desktop at work :-( )
- Five favorite Amiga apps:
- DPaint, IBrowse, YAM, Wordworth
- Five favorite Amiga games:
- R-Type, Lemmings, Worms, Cannon Fodder, Various DOOM
clones
- First Amiga experience:
- DEMOS ! a mate got one of the first A500s in my area.
- How do you see the future of Amiga:
- PowerPC, AmigaDE everywhere, the hub of my home (if the
wife'll let me !) if it makes it far enough for OS4.0 to see
the light of day, And OS4.0 is as good as everyone hopes (we
trust Hyperion to do a good job !) it will survive. I'd like
to see us recapture the DTV and Home Desktop niches.

- There is only one future for me, continued development
of the Amiga desktop into the finest OS on the planet!
