Here is the latest news from key players in the Amiga
world:
- Bill McEwen - President/CEO of Amiga, Inc. to attend
AmiWest in Sacramento.
- AmiForce have announced that they are developing a
3D-Shooter with this game expected to appear on Windows and
AmigaOne.
- Alan Redhouse reported that Eyetech Inc. have begun
shipping the AmigaOne (A1-XE) in volume, in the following
order:
- to dealers
- to developers who ordered the SE previously and
decided to change to the XE
- to board purchasers by order date
- to system purchasers by order date.
- Editor's Note: We have received reports from the
customer base that AmigaOnes have been received in USA,
Italy, the UK and Germany with more being reported daily.
- Nomad Team announced their first piece of software for
the AmigaDE and AmigaOS; the Nomad Game and Multimedia
System, a powerful game and multimedia creation system.
- IncaGold and Hyperion-Entertainment have announced that
they have entered into a comprehensive license agreement
which will see many of IncaGold's current and future
entertainment software titles converted to other platforms
including to the Amiga.
