The Microsoft Connection

After several months of co-operation, the first fruits of Amiga's relationship with Microsoft have finally made it to market. Amiga has provided Microsoft with 2 'Gamecards'(TM) containing some of the best AmigaDE content packaged into a very user friendly format - a card that can be simply inserted or removed from a PocketPC PDA and which takes care of all the registration, installation and removal issues."

"Microsoft are delighted with the ease of use of the Gamecard concept as well as the high quality of the provided content and have added this to their 'PocketPak' brand and are both selling them directly into the market and are using them as promotional resources when marketing their PocketPC and Smartphone operating systems to device manufacturers and network providers." -- Microsoft

"This relationship is very simple. Amiga has a total content solution that is flexible, simple to use and comes with access to a large body of quality content and Microsoft has a mobile device operating system that it wants to sell. Our product shows off the value of their product and we both make money. Nothing more and nothing less." -- Amiga

Below are some graphics of the new die layouts for the Amiga gamecard packages.
